We are a member‑owned waterfront community offering a relaxed, family‑friendly environment for those who enjoy life on the water.  Owners and renters enjoy on‑site storage lockers and easy access to moorings through our launch services, while kayaks and paddleboards can be launched directly from our private beach.

With beautiful views of the Norwalk Islands, our beach‑side picnic tables and piers provide inviting spaces for casual meals, gatherings, or sunset barbecues.
