How to list on the Marketplace
Units for Rent – Units for Sale – Boats for Sale (members may list boat for sale or boats wanted to buy)
Here is how the unit sales and rental process works:
Each unit is individually owned by a club member and it is each owner’s responsibility to find a buyer and to negotiate a sale. This section of the website is intended to facilitate the process by making it easy for prospective buyers or renters to find each other. Club staff are always happy to show prospective members around the club and to answer any questions.
For an owner to list a unit for sale or rent: please email marketplace@rowaytonyachtclub.com with a brief description including the asking price and your contact information. We also strongly suggest that you do your own promotion such as posting flyers, placing a listing on Nextdoor Rowayton, and of course, using word of mouth.
RENTALS:
When the owner has an agreement with a renter: both parties must complete and sign the 2024 Rental Agreement, then contact Club Manager Norm Edwards and he will help you complete the process.
SALES:
When the owner and buyer have agreed the terms of a sale: to initiate the sale please download the .pdf documents below. If you need further assistance please email directors@rowaytonyachtclub.com and we will help guide you through the process.
